Return Policy

We accept returns on FlexFit Home Mats only. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns must be arranged within 30 days. 

We do not accept returns of FlexFit Elite Mats.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please call us at 877-939-3539 (M-F 8:00am-5:00pm CST) to arrange for a warranty replacement. Replacements will be shipped out as soon as possible.

How can I order by phone?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express, as well as PayPal in our online store. Please contact us if you would like to use a school purchase order or pay by check. Financing is also available for large orders.

When is my credit card charged?
Credit cards are charged at the time the order is placed.

Do you charge sales tax?
Residents of TX and OH will be charged applicable sales tax. Please contact us to order if you are tax exempt.

Shipping Information

How are Items shipped?
FlexFit Home Mats are shipped via FedEx Ground from our Texas facility. Once shipped, please allow 3-5 days for delivery.
Most FlexFit Elite Mats are larger than the maximum FedEx package size, and must be shipped via tractor trailer. Please make sure that you select a ship-to location that can be reached by semi truck. When your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking and carrier information. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

How much is shipping?
Standard ground shipping within the continental U.S. is included in the price of all home mats and mat accessories in the EZ Flex online store. For expedited shipping, or for shipping outside the continental United States, please contact us

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

How long will it take to receive my order?
FlexFit Home Mats are currently shipping within 2 weeks. FlexFit Elite Mats typically ship within 2-4 weeks. Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 2-4 business days.

Please allow additional time for processing and shipping during the holiday season.
